Return & Exchange Policy

We promise that you can apply for a return within 7 days from the date of sale (based on the actual date of receipt by the customer) under the following conditions:

1️⃣ The product itself has quality problems;

2️⃣ The product was damaged during transportation;

3️⃣ The wrong item was sent, the received product does not match the ordered product, and it does not affect resale.

The following situations are not eligible for the 7-day no-reason return policy:

1️⃣ Customized products;

2️⃣ The product has been used (electronic products are considered used once powered on);

3️⃣ The product and its functional components and accessories show signs of wear and tear;

4️⃣ The outer packaging of the product is lost or severely damaged (excluding the condition of the product after opening and inspection), which actually affects the resale of the product;

5️⃣ Products that are unsuitable for return due to their nature, and which you confirmed were not eligible for return at the time of purchase;

6️⃣ Other situations where the product is in poor condition and affects resale.

✍️How to Apply for a Return or Exchange

1️⃣ Returns/Exchanges for Personal Reasons: Please send an email to the after-sales service center within 7 days of receiving the goods, provided the item is in resalable condition. Our customer service will process your request within 1-3 business days of receiving your email. You are responsible for the return shipping costs.

2️⃣ Returns/Exchanges for Quality Issues: Please send an email to the after-sales service center at service@mail.smzwuxo.com within 7 days of receiving the goods. Our customer service will process your request within 1-3 business days of receiving your email. We will cover the return shipping costs.

3️⃣ Refunds: Please contact the courier company directly within 7 days of receiving the goods. The courier company will notify us to process the refund after receiving the returned item. We will complete the refund process within 15 business days.
